Privacy Policy — S Group SNS Publisher

S Group SNS Publisher (the "App") is an internal tool operated by SAMEX Co., Ltd. / S Group ("we", "our") to create and publish content to social media accounts owned and operated by S Group itself. The App is not offered to the general public.

1. Information we access

OAuth access tokens for our own social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads), granted by the platform's authorization flow.
Content we create for publishing (videos, captions, titles, hashtags, scheduling metadata).
Post performance data (views, likes, comments counts) returned by each platform's official API, used for our own analytics.

2. Information we do NOT collect

The App has no end users other than our own staff. It does not collect, store, or process personal data of platform users, viewers, or any third parties.
The App does not read, store, or respond to messages, comments, or profile data of other users.

3. How we store and protect data

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our private infrastructure (Google Cloud) and are accessible only to authorized staff.
Tokens are never embedded in source code, shared externally, or transmitted to any party other than the issuing platform.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. API data is used solely as permitted by each platform's developer terms.

5. Data retention and deletion

Tokens are deleted when an account connection is removed. Analytics data is retained only for internal reporting. To request deletion of any data, contact us at the address below.

6. Compliance

We comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), the TikTok Developer Terms, and Meta Platform Terms. The App uses YouTube API Services. By using content published via the App, users of YouTube are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

本アプリは、株式会社SAMEX／Sグループが自社所有のSNSアカウントに投稿するためだけに運用する社内ツールであり、一般利用者向けには提供しません。

取得する情報：自社アカウントのOAuthトークン／自社が作成した投稿コンテンツ／各プラットフォーム公式APIが返す投稿実績（再生数等・自社分析用）。
取得しない情報：第三者（視聴者・他ユーザー）の個人データは一切収集・保存・処理しません。他ユーザーのメッセージ・コメント・プロフィールの読み取りもしません。
保管：トークンは自社インフラ（Google Cloud）に暗号化保管。ソースコードへの埋め込み・外部共有はしません。
第三者提供：しません。
削除：連携解除時にトークンを削除します。データ削除の依頼は下記連絡先へ。
準拠：YouTube API利用規約・Google プライバシーポリシー・TikTok開発者規約・Metaプラットフォーム規約に従います。
