Terms of Service — S Group SNS Publisher

1. Scope

The App is an internal publishing tool of SAMEX Co., Ltd. / S Group. Use is limited to authorized S Group staff. No public registration or third-party use is offered.

2. Purpose

The App creates, schedules, and publishes content to social media accounts owned by S Group, and retrieves performance metrics of that content via each platform's official API.

3. Acceptable use

The App is operated in compliance with the terms, developer policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform (Google/YouTube, TikTok, Meta). Content that is AI-generated or AI-assisted is labeled as such where the platform provides a disclosure mechanism.

4. Accounts and security

Platform credentials and tokens are managed by authorized staff only. We promptly revoke access that is no longer needed.

5. Intellectual property

All published content is owned by S Group or properly licensed.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided for internal use "as is". S Group is not liable for platform-side changes, outages, or content moderation decisions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Exclusive jurisdiction: Osaka District Court.

1. 範囲：本アプリはSAMEX／Sグループの社内ツールです。利用は許可された自社スタッフに限ります。一般向け登録・第三者利用は提供しません。
2. 目的：自社所有SNSアカウントへのコンテンツ作成・予約・公開と、公式APIによる実績取得。
3. 利用のルール：接続する各プラットフォーム（Google/YouTube・TikTok・Meta）の規約・開発者ポリシー・コミュニティガイドラインに従って運用します。AI生成/AI加工コンテンツは、各プラットフォームの開示機能でラベルを付します。
4. セキュリティ：認証情報・トークンは許可スタッフのみが管理し、不要になったアクセスは速やかに失効させます。
5. 知的財産：公開コンテンツはSグループが権利を持つか、正当なライセンスを得たものです。
6. 免責：プラットフォーム側の仕様変更・障害・モデレーション判断について責任を負いません。
7. 準拠法：日本法。専属管轄は大阪地方裁判所とします。
